A COVID-19 Update on our Ongoing Operations
O’Connell Robertson’s highest priority is the health, safety and well-being of our staff and their families, as well as our clients and community, as we continue to monitor the unprecedented COVID-19 situation. We recognize the situation in our communities is still evolving, and we will continue to update this web page.
The local governmental authorities in Austin and San Antonio, where our offices are located, have issued Shelter-in-Place orders requesting our staff to stay home and work safely.
Our Solid Foundation: Our 70 years in business, history of repeat clients, and growth in recent years afford us a solid foundation. At this time, we are able to continue our operations, work collaboratively while remotely, provide our clients the high level of service they are familiar with, and support our staff and their families.
Our Workplace: As we transitioned to Shelter-in-Place communities, all of our employees are working remotely. Our phone system allows our staff to be reached at remote locations. Our main phone lines refer callers to a directory for individual extensions, which are connected to staff cell phones. We will continue to utilize conference calls or video conference platforms for meetings. With these processes and practices in place, we continue to support ongoing communication and project development among our team and with our clients.
