Stockdale Independent School District

In rural parts of Texas, district leadership is thinking outside the box to serve their families. Stockdale Independent School District, located 25 miles southeast of Seguin, TX is working with their staff and community to deliver breakfast and lunches to students across the district. Staff and other members of the community obtained food certification licenses to assist the district with their meal services.

“We have 830 students that we serve… We’ve recruited dozens of people that will come in to help load buses… and deliver food.” – Daniel Fuller, Superintendent
