Introducing Our Promoted Leaders:
Matt Fabre, AIA – Associate Principal: Matt has more than 35 years of experience in planning, designing and managing healthcare facility projects of all types. As the firm’s Senior Healthcare Planner, he will continue to lead the healthcare practice as we embark on new, more complex projects including the UT Joint Medical Center. With work for clients including Central Health, Shannon Healthcare System, the Seton Hospital Network, and more, his contributions have not only enhanced our projects but have also enriched the overall client experience. His proactive efforts have been instrumental in pushing boundaries and achieving exceptional results.
Cindy Villarreal, AIA, MBA, RID, CDT, WELL AP, LEED AP BD+C – Associate Principal: As the Firm’s Houston Office Director, Cindy leads local office operations focusing on growth and culture aligned with the Firm’s mission-driven values. Cindy brings more than 15 years of experience in commercial building design, with a strong focus in higher education, healthcare and laboratory design. She has deep expertise in sustainable and resilient design in addition to providing solutions for optimal occupant well-being. Her responsibilities include leading the advancement of the local team through recruiting and career development initiatives. She also provides architectural leadership of projects and is engaged in business development. Cindy has played a pivotal role in driving successful project outcomes and fostering a collaborative team environment.
