The Academic Support Center is a state-of-the-art, collaborative workspace that will serve as a central hub for administrative functions and professional development within Hays CISD. The facility will consolidate multiple single-use buildings into a unified space, fostering improved communication, efficiency, and resource sharing.
The facility houses various administrative departments including human resources, finance, communications, curriculum/instruction, and special education. In addition to administrative offices, the space also includes a dedicated training and development center for staff training, workshops, and professional development sessions. A multi-purpose board room will serve as a venue for board meetings, community gatherings, and large-scale training events. The superintendent suite will offer a modern and functional workspace for the district superintendent, while the operations center will facilitate district-wide operations and logistics. Collaborative spaces will encourage teamwork, innovation, and knowledge sharing among staff.
