Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas’ new headquarters in Rathgeber Village demonstrates O’Connell Robertson’s understanding of the organization’s vision to develop a building that would inspire and motivate their clients and stakeholders. The key concepts achieved in their new facility design include multi-functional spaces that provide a safe and inviting work environment and that are kid-friendly, and that offer flexibility to support mentor match recreational activities, board and staff meetings, as well as special donor events. The building is designed to LEED Silver standards.
