The new one-story, 18,904 SF Central Health facility houses a comprehensive primary care clinic, dental care clinic, and a Class A Pharmacy with a drive thru. The facility will offer access to quality health care services for low-income and uninsured residents, as well as a community gathering spaces and community garden.
Working towards the City of Austin Generation 2025 Plan & 2050 Climate Plan, the facility was designed to be Solar Ready towards a net-zero energy capable goal. In addition, this design includes an onsite water reuse system through Rainwater Harvesting/ Condensate Collection.
