O’Connell Robertson provided comprehensive architecture and engineering services to plan and design a 57,000 SF replacement hospital with a 16,000 SF attached outpatient clinic. The hospital includes a 17-bed nursing unit, imaging, lab, emergency departments, four LDRPs, delivery suite, a full kitchen and dining room, and special procedure suite. The outpatient suite includes six, four-exam room pods and a rehabilitation suite. Also included on the 15-acre site are a free-standing 9,000 SF wellness center, a 4,700 SF EMS building, a helipad and parking.
