The reimagined office reflects the firm’s mission-driven culture and commitment to creating spaces that enrich lives, including its own team’s.
Guided by the same principles O’Connell Robertson brings to every client project, the approximately 13,000 SF renovation prioritized functionality, flexibility, and connection. The design maximized natural light by removing non-structural walls and introducing open communal areas that encourage collaboration and visibility throughout the office. Modern furnishings, natural materials and vibrant colors were incorporated to enhance visual appeal and align with biophilic design goals that support stress reduction, creativity, and productivity.
Flexible collaboration zones and technology-equipped breakout spaces provide opportunities for teamwork, mentoring, and spontaneous interaction, reflecting the firm’s belief that the best ideas emerge through collaboration. Individual focus areas balance the openness of the layout, offering spaces for quiet work and reflection.
