The Texas A&M International University renovation project consist of converting an existing classroom on the first floor of Cowart building into a Fish Lab including a prep lab and fish tank housing area and water treatment equipment room. The project also includes converting two classrooms in Conseco Hall building into a nursing simulation lab with eight patient beds for teaching and simulation as well as a debriefing and control room. Finally the project includes addition of equipment in an existing BSL 2 lab in the Canseco Hall building.
