O’Connell Robertson provided MEP engineering and commissioning services for a new Energy Center at the VA Waco campus. The project consisted of new chiller and boiler plants. Central areas included offices, locker rooms, break rooms, and a central control from which both plants can be monitored. The facility replaces aging plants to provide more efficient heating and cooling for the one million square feet of buildings on the Waco campus of the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System.
